Description
Via a binary interface, counting pulses and status information of the machine (machine is running/stopped, material on/off etc.) are scanned and processed. At the same time, signals are transferred to the PLC for stopping the system (end of order) or controlling warning lamps. Via the touch display, the user Xs jobs to be processed, enters stop reasons or reports scrap quantities to the C-THRU4.0 software.
The main features are:
- Production data: Counting of produced parts, machine status, material presence (idle stroke), machine speed
- Machine control: Stop or release output, machine lock in case of missing user input, lamp control
- User interface: Order registration/interruption/completion notification, input of stop reasons, scraps registrations and notification, Stop&Go diagram, display of follow-up orders
- Connections: Native connection to Brankamp Data Collection C-THRU4.0, TCP-IP proprietary protocol to C-THRU4.0 server, panel mounting possible
