Description

Ready2Probe^TM represents Marposs’ response to the laborious business of writing G-code and CN commands for piece and tool control measurement cycles. The user obtains the desired software cycle through a series of guided Xion steps, starting from the Marposs product in his/her possession: touch probes, Mida Laser, TBD, contact tool setters, VTS and Mida arms. In each case, the next step is to X between: calibration, manual or automatic cycles. Once the user has made his/her Xion, Ready2Probe^TM displays a screen page where it is possible to define the obligatory and optional parameters necessary to guarantee the software cycle is executed correctly. In this way, the respective macro is generated and may be copied automatically and transferred to a working program, or entered directly on the machine CN.
